Canon EOS 7D

Got myself a new DSLR Camera. This one is long overdue but definitely worth the wait. It may have cost me more than I have anticipated, but it sure meets both form and function. A perfect match, I must say.

At long last, I have finally got around buying a DSLR camera, a Canon EOS 7D.  I have been meaning to buy one for quite sometime, but never had the chance mainly because with the schedule I keep, I wouldn’t be able to find time to take pictures. But since I have a number of travels planned this year, I thought its about time I pursue and take on photography as a hobby.

Like most people, I am fascinated with pictures and their ability to capture a memories, events, details, and a phase in a person’s life. They say, pictures don’t lie and to some extent, it is true. However, unlike most people, I prefer to be behind the lens rather than be the subject. With the proliferation of DLSR cameras in the market today, I think more and more people have grown to appreciate photography as an art form.

So why Canon EOS 7D, you may ask? Well for one, this camera is a cross between for professional use and a serious enthusiasts. With 18.0 Megapixels APS-C sensor with a 1.6x crop factor and Dual DIGIC 4 Image processors it can speed of 8 frames per second speed, great from capturing lightning fast objects – perfect for my F1 race trips lined up this year. It also has a host of features that make it a great investment.
